Managing performance is making sure an organisation is doing the right things, and doing them better. There are many tools and methods organisations can use to do this, but this course focuses on monitoring and evaluation, quality, strategic planning and benchmarking.
This course introduces each approach, encouraging you to consider when they might be appropriate for the organisations you support.
