Who we support

Our main audience is organisations and individuals providing support to frontline voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations across England. That includes councils for voluntary services, rural community councils, umbrella bodies, national headquarters of federated specialist agencies, independent consultants, community anchors, national and regional black and minority ethnic networks, and funders. We will work to build their capacity, to ensure a more sustainable benefit to a wider range of frontline organisations.

Although the focus of our work is supporting the support providers, we also believe a number of frontline organisations will benefit directly from the work we do to promote performance management resources.

We also seek to influence the practice of statutory and non-statutory funders, and to help shape the policy agenda where it relates to performance management.
