Project outcomes

We plan the following outcomes from our work:

  • Development workers across England will be more knowledgeable about performance management topics.
  • The quality and amount of performance management support provided to frontline groups and organisations will increase.
  • Frontline groups and organisations will know more about which performance management options to use and how to use them effectively as a result of support from development workers who have received our services.
  • Support providers will be better able to help third sector organisations communicate outcome and impact information.
  • There will be increased awareness of the value of and need for performance support provision.
