Effective support and feedback to funders is under scrutiny by the performance workstreamThe performance workstream, led by Charities Evaluation Services (CES), is examining what support infrastructure organisations need in order to gather meaningful evidence on the difference their services make. Performance workstream partner New Philanthropy Capital (NPC) is asking whether funders get information on results and whether or not they use it. The research will enable the sector to learn about more effective communications with funders, as well as gather evidence to help challenge burdensome monitoring requirements.
