Andrew is Head of Income Generation at acevo, and is responsible for leading the delivery partnership. He is on secondment from the National Audit Office where he has been working on third sector policy since 2005. His work has included reports to the Office of the Third Sector on Full Cost Recovery and Local Area Agreements. More recently he has worked on research into the delivery of ChangeUp and has acted as an adviser to the House of Commons Public Administration Select Committee’s 2008 inquiry into Third Sector Commissioning.
