We work with support providers to create a comprehensive support provision for frontline organisations in order to make them more financially sustainable and independent.

Our aims

Our aim is to stimulate a culture change in the support offered to frontline organisations. We want them to understand the full spectrum of income generation opportunities available and to be able to engage in income generating activities in order to create diverse and sustainable income streams.

What problems do we want to solve?

Frontline organisations are increasingly turning to alternative means of generating income, such as tendering for service delivery contracts, trading a product and acquiring and managing assets. But many of these organisations do not possess the knowledge or skills required to engage successfully in these activities.

The income generation workstream intends to address this gap in knowledge and skills by targeting support providers with the information and training necessary to support frontline organisations in the journey towards financial sustainability.
