Project outcomes
We plan these main outcomes from our work:
- Equalities organisations will have a higher profile and stronger voice within the third sector, be valued as experts on equality and diversity, and be more involved in ChangeUp.
- There will be increased communication, co-operation and collaboration between organisations from different equalities groups, with exploration of commonalities as well as differences.
- Equalities and generalist support providers will have a better understanding of each other’s work and will collaborate and work in partnership more often.
- All support providers will have access to advice and guidance and an improved evidence base of resources and good practice to support their work on equality, diversity and human rights.
- Individual development workers in equalities and generalist support providers will have increased skills and knowledge to support frontline organisations on equality, diversity and human rights.
- Capacitybuilders, government and other organisations will have an increased understanding of equality and diversity and a stronger commitment to supporting equalities organisations to achieve equality.
