Activities
We plan a total of 145 capacity-building events over three years, serving around 3000 participants.
These events will be delivered by:
- bassac - to community anchor organisations
- NAVCA - at local level, to infrastructure organisations
- The NOVAS Scarman Group who will manage a series of regional road shows
- People and Planet who will manage an annual gathering for leaders and support providers in higher education institutions
- Westminster Explained who will manage a Certificate in Campaigning course
- Roehampton University who will accredit the certificate as a Diploma in Professional Practice in Campaigning
- NCVO and Directory of Social Change who will run annual conferences on campaigning and advocacy
- The British Institute for Human Rights who will lead capacity building for trainers and support providers on integration of human-rights-based approaches into campaigning and advocacy
- British Overseas NGOs for Development (BOND) who will lead capacity building for cutting-edge practitioners on campaigning for change at European Union level
- The Media Trust who will run training on engagement with the media for campaigning and advocacy.
